Lic. Arrequín is in charge of all of our programs at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. He hosted Dr. Valentine and Edilia Castro Serna for a delicious lunch at Los Arcos, where we had pulpo and a delicious large fish, which we dispatched with our fingers. Dr. Valentine noticed that José Luis looked like Kirk Douglas, the move actor (for those of you who are under 25). It is not the first time someone has made the comparison. After lunch, Dr. Valentine went on one of his marathon walks to compensate for the extra calories. The food is Mexico is fabulous! Edilia´s picture is terrible. She was fighting me for the last camaron when I took it. Thanks for lunch, my good friends.
