It is kind of a cultural center and day-care center in downtown Guadalajara. Sarah Oh, who speak Korean, and Jeane Piercy are learning to control some pretty active kids upstairs. I met the director, Ing. Hawsk Joo Kang and his wife Teresita Navarro de Kang.
