Licenciada María Edilia Castro Serna

"Edy" is the Coordinator of International Programs at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. A delightful person, she organizes and delegates. A very busy executive at the university, she says that she enjoys the BYU students because "se portan bien." Let's keep our fingers crossed. Actually, the 35 students this year are wonderful: very smart, very motivated, very service-oriented. They bring honor to BYU and to the LDS Church. Here is a picture of "Edy" at a recent luncheon hosted by BYU Study Abroad Coordinator Malcolm Botto, who visited us for a couple a days to meet everyone and to perhaps expand some BYU Guadalajara programs.
