We took a university downtown to the historic center the first Saturday. No blog could contain all that we saw, including the fabulous open market, where we tried new foods. Mexican bread is the best "French" bread in the world. I had a roast pork sandwich on a Mexican "bolillo." The BYU students are not afraid to try new things. If you want to learn about Guadalajara, "google" away or check Wikipedia sites on Guadalajara and Mexico. Viva Mexico!
