May 23, 2007 The students meet from 9 a.m. to noon every day to study Spanish. Paula and Teresa are task masters! No goofing off! Estamos aquí para aprender a hablar español, chicos!

BYU students study at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. After studying Spanish in the morning, they give service at private, Catholic and public agencies for children, the blind and the old. Students live with Mexican families, and use public transportation. They will travel to Guanajuato, Puerto Vallarta and other historic and sites during their stay. ¡Viva México! ¡Viva Guadalajara!

- Bob (Provo High 1960) and Shauna (Orem High 1963) moved back to Utah in 2004 after an absence of 35 years, during which Bob engaged in international business. They have five children and thirteen grandchildren.
